Fantastic night out in Chicago with Greg Barter starting with a pub crawl through downtown Chicago and then finishing with some southern style ribs and pulled pork!! Definite meat coma still going on today!!
Fancy cocktails, apparently the bar employed a guy especially to make the garnishes.
Below are the sauces we had on the side of our ribs and pulled pork, certainly fantastic flavored anyway but the sauces just topped it off!!
