We had a final destination of Sunny coast for Tim’s appointments and we were both super excited to be heading home to see friends and family. We spent a week down in Caloundra where we enjoyed a 50metre walk to the beach and the days got even better when Tim got his good news about his health.
We had catch ups booked nearly every day and it was lovely seeing everyone. Though after the 2 weeks we were looking for a break from social events. We headed just a little south to Burpengary where we spent 4 nights just relaxing at a 40 acre farm. This was then followed by another week down in Brisbane visiting family where we spent time under a solid roof!
But when it was time to go we both were recharged and ready to go and neither had any real sadness of leaving it all behind again. We love the Sunshine Coast and will be back but both very much looking forward to some more exploring. Back to the nomadic lifestyle for us! S
