A few more pics from our travels. Chicago has been a fantastic city. The architecture is awesome and the lakeside area has been really well done. I find it hard to comprehend that it is a lake and not an ocean but as Tim sarcastically said to me when we got here “That is why they call it A Great Lake”.
We have been to the Chicago Institute of Art which was another really top museum. Though we are definitely museumed out now and are ready to start on our road trip and are very much looking forward to seeing more of America other than the cities. We have also decided to camp when we hit the national parks which should be interesting as I haven’t camped since I was 14! But we are pretty excited and Google has kindly told us all the must haves when camping. S
